Ratatat to play at Magnetic Fields

MusicRatatat to play at Magnetic Fields
Magnetic Fields, the annual electronica and independent music festival held at the AlsisarMahal in Shekhawati, Rajasthan, returns for its third edition from 18-20 December. Headlining the festival this year will be Ratatat, the American rocktronica duo comprising of Mike Stroud and Evan Mast. Their music encompasses experimental and psychedelic spaces, and live shows by Ratatat often tend to feature powerful visuals accompanying the music — set against the backdrop of the majestic 17th century palace that hosts the festival, their performance should be a worthy curtain call.
The festival has expanded its scope this year, and features the introduction of the famed Red Bull Music Academy stage, the North Stage at Magnetic Fields, which will see artists including Aqua Dominatrix, The Sine Painter, Kutmah, Antal, Palm Trix, and
others performing.
While the early bird (and super early bird) passes for the camping festival are already sold out, there are still tickets available on their website, with the no accommodation package festival pass priced at Rs 8,000. Pricing of tents ranges from Rs 7,500 for pitching your own tent to the Royal Palace Suite package, at
Rs 45,000 (sold out, sadly).
