Juicy details for your next power drink

Getting the right ingredients for the perfect juice can be as tough as making risotto that doesn’t look like goop. Simplymsartjuicing is the easiest way to get a sip of all the necessary nutrients without compromising on flavour. On the homepage, you are greeted by a list of ingredients that you can scroll through and pick from. Choose the ones that are most accessible to you, and that you would readily gulp down. Drag the ingredients to the circles — you can pick from one to six for a juice recipe — hit the “click to juice” button, and let the algorithms get to work. The result is a detailed report on the calories, sugar and carbs in the mix you’ve put together.
Arrange in order of vitamins, energy and antioxidants, and drag your cursor onto one of the ingredients to also get its other properties such as fibre content, fat-burning ability, and anti-ageing effects.
The “view all recipes” section of the website has a list of ready to try recipes rated on the basis of their vitamin, fibre, energy and antioxidant levels. These include Pink Lady (pear, beetroot, ginger and pineapple), Classic Green (romaine, kale, celery, cucumber, carrot), Power Gulp (kale, grapes, cucumber, apple), and Immune Boost (grapefruit, oranges, kiwi).
Of course, as the disclaimer at the bottom of the website will tell you, the nutrition information is based on approximation because a vegetable/fruit from different parts of the country will vary in the level of its nutrients. Also, these are just juices, not doctor-approved meal replacements. But if you still want to chug them down instead of biting in, Simplymsartjuicing’s definitely got you covered.
