Chef Alisha Falero is the pastry chef at the Academy of Pastry Arts India. She has worked with the Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, and with Oberoi Flight Services as a junior Sous Chef. Guardian 20 spoke to her about her experiences, and the art of pastry-making.
