The main course offers some classic and soulful yet quirky dishes such as Achari Murgh Desi Ghee Khichdi, Methi Murgh, Bheja Masala, and ofcourse, the star of the menu, the evergreen Sarson Da Saag and Makki Ki Roti.

Dhaba by Claridges assures the best of local produce that provides the energy required to stay warm and healthy through the coming winter. They have handpicked the best seasonal delicacies and put them together in an exciting menu called #SeasonKaFunda. As the name suggests; this will be your best Punjabi winter fix this year. Chef Ravi feels freshly cooked food and use of fresh masalas epitomize Dhaba food and that is what he replicates in his own kitchen.
