Columbia Records singer-songwriter Camino shares his debut single Riot. Camino, who originally hails from Jackson, Mississippi, offers a stirring blend of soul, folk, and pop with a country-worn and heart-wrenching tone.
Speaking about his latest project, Camino said “’Riot’ is raw, and it’s me.”
“I felt the record hit me as I was writing it. It’s coming from a real place, and that’s how I want it to speak to the world,” he added.
The single was featured in digital commercials for the 8 July Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race at the Kentucky Speedway.
Making the big announcement about the track’s release, Columbia Records on 5 July also tweeted, “New music from new artist @Camino is coming at you on Friday! Don’t miss this one #RIOT.”
Camino is currently putting the finishing touches on his debut album.
