Mathura’s Congress workers, some of them Muslims, had a major complaint against Hema Malini: because of her, the ancient Dwarkadhish temple kept its doors open although she arrived late for a darshan. “Nothing like this has ever happened before. Even Presidents R. Venkatraman and Zail Singh had to return because the temples doors were closed,” they complain.
